    After booking, you'll receive an emailed link to complete your medical history, current medications, and consent forms inside our HIPAA-compliant EMR. Most patients finish in 8–10 minutes.

    Physician Evaluation
    Meet Dr. Ferguson by secure telehealth at your scheduled time. Plan for 20–30 minutes; have a quiet space, a government-issued ID, and a stable internet connection ready.

    Physician-Led Discussion
    Dr. Ferguson reviews your history, answers your questions, and — where clinically appropriate — issues certification or guidance. Every recommendation is made live with you, never auto-generated.

    Registry & Follow-Up
    We help you complete state registry steps and schedule follow-up to refine your plan, monitor outcomes, and adjust as your treatment progresses.
Note:All medical history, symptom review, and treatment planning take place inside our secure EMR and during your live visit with Dr. Ferguson. We do not generate protocols or treatment recommendations through this website.
